It feels like winter whooshed by and spring is coming early. Above freezing temperatures during the day and frost at night means it's time to tap the maple trees! If you're thinking it's early in the season, you'd be right. The reality of climate change is that our winters are becoming shorter and weather patterns are more erratic.
